SHIPMENTS: Shipments are EXW Synergo Europe. The Seller will exercise their best efforts to ship on schedule, but shall not be liable for damage or loss because of any delay in delivery. Seller reserves the right to fill order by complete or partial shipments unless otherwise agreed.
Claims for wrong or short shipments must be made within ten (10) days of shipment. Claims for damaged-in-shipment should be made immediately to the delivering carrier.
WARRANTY: All by Synergo Europe delivered products are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date.
RETURN GOODS POLICY: No merchandise may be returned without prior WRITTEN authorization – tma NUMBER - from Synergo Europe.
Full credit for merchandise will be given only if authorized return is made within 30 days of invoice date and merchandise is in the original box in good condition.
